Summary

I’ve been a technologist for nearly three decades in which I’ve acquired technical breadth and honed leadership skills. As a team leader my strongest assets are my ability to inspire those around me, create more collaborative, more productive environments, mentor, motivate, educate and create purpose and focus.

I believe one of the most important things an organization can do is make an investment in its most valuable resource: The people that define it, that set it apart. My work with System Technology Institute gives me an opportunity to teach what I’ve learned and help organizations develop and prepare teams for success.
